They are both welders by trade. The part that got me was welding every hole on the frame shut, custom boxing, and then they sanded off all remnents of any welds on the whole frame and did a sweet paint job on it. It really makes the whole thing pop


And those headlights ARE FREEKING AWESOME!!!! If I ever get that style chevy Im getting those lights
 
glad its only a show truck, it would be awesome to take on the rocks though....:thumb:

I can appreciate the amount of work that went into it, but , I'm not into the blingy, over the top , SEMA wanna be show rigs :dunno:
 
Actually im pretty sure it said it was a SEMA. I guess it must be a younger crowd thing cuz I dig it, but you do gotta look past the bling and into the drivetrain and the rig underneath it all.

Like I said, I can appreciate certain aspects of an over the top build like that, but, it seems gaudy to me, it's like they just kept adding crap on it until every square inch was "custom" , and I can't stand the trendy "RBP" style grills :doah:
 
Well I am 20 so id say im prolly one of the youngest guys here :haha:

It looks like it is just off the axle and goes up and out. Even if it does go to the knuckle it still looks stupid. Get a foot longer coilover and lose that stupid lookin raised square tube bracket

I just don't make sense Adam, I mean the links hang so low, they are pretty much useless offroad, which is what I believe it is trying to be, but then ya got the low profile tires which make no sense....reminds me of:

I could actually appreciate it more if it wasn't 4wd.
 
hell im only 19 and I can surely appreciate the work/time that goes into it, but its not my kind of style. I would rather have a good truck that is actually used for work. cant stand the bling bling show off crap like this.
