OK, the plastic crome covers that go over ends of the pull strap. My truck never had them hoping to find some at pick n pull. Do these just pop off carefully with maybe a screwdriver?

Push in on the end with the little tab, then angle it outwards and remove from door. The other end has two "hooks". The hooked ends face each other as installed on the door, so press on the opposite end.
Don't get your hopes up, in 20+ years I've probably found 2 that weren't broken. They are made aftermarket. Some polished AL or stainless would be nice.
