side marker bulb wattage

Pretty sure they're the same as a stock (i.e. civvy) Blazer, as the lighting is 12V. If you mean the little ones one the front quarters I think the # is 194, if memory serves.

So what's "Tankie" mean? Any relation to the graphic novel / movie?

Those are 3.78W @ 14VDC

hi,194 don't mean nothing on this side of the pond.I tryed a 5 watt bulb,but too bright and starts to melt the bulb holder.Oh by the way Tankie=Tanker,tankie is brit speak.The men in black.Not to be confused with the brit cav who wears green coveralls..lol
