I have an 87 fullsize Blazer, when we got it the truck had auto locking hub on right side and warn lockin hub on left. I replaced the warn with the auto locking hub after the warn trashed out. The question I have is, I did not notice the front drive shaft turning previously when the truck was in 2 wheel drive, it is not in 4 wheel, but the shaft is turning. is that right or not? that is not correct, you should remove the auto hubs, buy a set of warn basic locking hubs and install them, sounds like your auto hub is incorrectly installed if its causing that..

The autolock hubs don't always disengage right away. What part of Tx are you in?
