I am just wondering if anyone is going to be there this weekend, silver lake park in MI? I had big plans to go and finished my new coilover suspension. But now my group can't go so I was looking to see if there was anyone else going. I usually drive my rig there everytime from the waterford area.

It's just the wife and I right now.

UPDATE: SEE POST #28...

It's a little short notice for me to go. Only made it out there twice this year, both time with the kx500.

I agree, I've only been there once this year. Didn't think there was enough time to get newcomers in 1 day. Was hoping some more people just happened to be going this weekend.

I was planning on going before they close, but I think I'll end up going to bundy hill cuz its closer.

That place looks pretty versatile. I'd be up for that, when do you want to go? This weekend?

Seriously though, when did you plan on going?

I could go next weekend too. If I don't go somewhere sometime this month then trips, hunting, and holidays will start getting in the way for quite a while.

I can't see the video. Fair warning, I originally bought my truck in TX rust free, so I like steep dirt hills, sand, snow, etc. I'm pretty much over deep sloppy mud, not worth it anymore. I don't care if I scratch it up on brush or what not, I did sawzall the fenders for clearance, but I don't really like dents. I like to be able to romp on it frequently.

I wanna do it before they close nov 14th(Gun season). Then when they open back up after the winter. I'm gonna shorten my rigs wheelbase by taking 20" out of the frame :) and do 63/52 swap

PM sent...

And I thought you wanted to do coils in the front? Doing the 52s instead now?

Any chance for a different weekend? When do they close for the season?

They are open through the last weekend of the month. You don't need vouchers anymore this season.

or Jesse and I are talking about a possible Bundy Hill trip instead now. I would guess it would be more of a one day thing since it's so much closer. I can't really go in Nov due to other plans. But either the weekend of the 23rd or the 30th could work.

The wife wouldn't make the weekend of the 23rd, so I would probably stick to bundy hill that weekend. But the weekend of the 30th we may be up for either place.

More practical, and I'm started saving for left hand ring for the g/f so Coils went out the window.

Tell her coil springs have several rings in them, so they are much better.

Or maybe a trade???....a left hand ring for a full coilover set plus link hardware and material!

Well it sounded like Jesse could possibly make the 30th too, you up for that Jesse? I could go then.

OK. So I am trying to see which weekend would be the best turnout. Who can make it this Saturday the 23rd, and who can make it the 30th?, and who can make either. This is Bundy Hill now since it's closer for many of us.

I can make either.

Bundy on the 30th is the only one I can do. (If you wont shun me cuz of my Jeepster)

I'm out for this weekend. I am trying for a 4-day weekend trip around the 30th, but if that falls through I may be able to sneak a day trip to Bundy.
