90 K5. Stock dash.
I am trying to get all the lights in my dash\ gauge cluster working. As of right now I have a SINGLE bulb working in the upper right hand side of the cluster. I tried swapping all the bulbs with LED's and still only the one will come on. So I swapped them all out with regular 194's. Still one. I have traced out everything on the printed circuit board with a continuity meter AND an ohm meter, all traces have continuity, ruling out the board. I checked the connector and there is 12V. Anyone else have this trouble? If so, what's the most likely culprit?

Thanx

Make sure to check the bulb receptacles, those things heat up and melt and can cause connectivity issues. Also wiring or a poor ground could be at fault.

I had the solder run corrode over just enough to cause connection issues but hard to see visual. I cleaned it up with my knife blade and put the bulb in and everything worked again. It sucks not have all the dash lights at night.

You either don't have power to all or ground to all simple as that if the bulbs are good/new and the sockets are all new.

Sounds like a ground problem to me, since he said he's got power to all of them.

Look closely at the circuit "board". The '90-91 (at least) consolidated many of the + and - paths, unlike earlier ones.

I would verify that the paths of the light that IS working, are not separate of the ones that are not working. If the bulbs and holders are good, all lights on that same path must work if one does, unless the copper trace is physically broken, and that will be obvious.
