So Ive got some heap parts laying around and I thought maybe I'd sell them for $$$ to put into my real trucks! I think I've got a T18/dana 300, a 300, and maybe a dana 18 and a 20. Anyone know of a good site to decode the id. tags so I know for sure what I've got? Thanks and hopefully I can find a heap lover with deep pockets!!!!

T18 never cam with a D300 stock. They can be done with stock adaptors but the adaptor would be 8" long. Most use an aftermarket adaptor.
D20 and D300 look very similar. Major differences are that the D300 has Aluminum shift linkage mount and rear output housing and a PTO cover that bumps out rather than flat. D20 has steel output, shifter and flat PTO cover.
D18 Tcase has a offset front and rear output. As in the rear output is behind the front output on the passanger side instead of centered.
The tranny should be easy to determin if T18 or not using http://www.novak-adapt.com/knowledge/t18_t19.htm

Thanks 6.2, looks like their 20's then because I dont recall any aluminum parts any where on them. Are 20's a good case or in demand to jeepers? Thanks

Not as good as a D300 and used for about 3 times as many years but other than that yah, they are ok cases. Like a NP208 in a chevy, common and "ok".
Not going to bring you much money. The tranny might though if it is a T18, more so if it is a T18A wich has the 6.32 first gear like the ford version. The other Jeep T18 have a 4.1 first and are still bulletproof but not as nice.
