That thing is awesome
That's my Uncle. Not quite the Sky lounge. His rig was new 1967 c20, 283 3 on tree, 4.10 gear and 10.5' Four Seasons slide in. Still has the truck been painted once and I rebuilt the 283 late 80's, camper is long gone.
Top heavy? Nah….

We had family friends who had one. Took it to Glamis once a month during the winter. He never passed a gas station without stopping. Had 9 in his family. He later upgraded to a C30 chassis mount that looked a mile long. He was styling compared to the 6 of us in the 8' Dolphin pickup camper.
