Skyler soft tops????

Hi guys, just joined but have lurked around here for a while. I will start another thread later to talk about my truck but wanted to keep this post on topic.

I've been trying to get a Skyler top for as long as I can remember. Almost had one once, found it on craigslist in Texas but the guy selling it didn't want to ship it and said that he found a local buyer. Anyway, I kept googling it and found this thread. I actually called softtopper and they said that they have made it and the customer who bought it was very satisfied. They also said that the person who originally called with interest in the skyler top put through the order and then didn't want it once it was complete. They said that they are ready to make some but don't have enough orders to go through the process of doing so. They took my contact information and said they would call me when they have enough orders. They told me to spread the word so they could begin production.

This was a while ago and I haven't heard back from them. I didn't join earlier to spread the word because for a while there I was considering moving on from these trucks but have since reconsidered. I would suggest that whoever wants one of these tops to call the company and express your interest.

Just so everyone is clear this is the skyler style soft top that is in question. Softopper makes the same style, they just haven't advertised them as they haven't had enough interest, as mentioned.
