Slantback camper for 73-87?

I love to look of the h1 slantbacks. So i came up with a great idea to fiberglass one! What do you guys think? Good idea or bad idea? I dont mind doing away with the rear glass and tailgate. I would love to have the tailgate from a 80-87 chevy trucks on my blazer.

Not togally sure on it, might be hard to get the dimensions right but would certainly look cool if done right

I'm just thinking visibility is going to be pretty crappy, but I think it would look cool.

I am working on the designs in autocad. I will most likely have it done Wednesday. I have driven in the stantbacks from being in the Marine Corps. I didnt really notice poor visibility.

I think it looks ok on the Hummer, but dunno about on a K5...

The difference between a Hummer and a Blazer is pretty obvious if you line them up side by side. I just don't see the visibility being very good from a modified factory top, especially when the visibility isn't that great to begin with. LIke I said, I think it would look pretty good, but I am curious to see the design.
