The center of gravity would be a big concern. I would think it would rip the camper off of the truck.

Forklift.
I have seen cars on top of big rig cabs with a reefer trailer behind.
If you want to a lot can be done

I don't know of any 30 gallon saddle tanks but on my crew cab I am putting a 40 gallon rear and keeping the 2x20 gallon saddle tanks
