Slider finished

I finally finished drivers side rock slider.

How long did it take you to do just that one side?

Ha ha, about a week, but if I could have stayed on it steady probably about 4 hours. The passanger one will go bettter, I know where and how to cut everything now.

I may have to do that to my 74. The passenger rocker has some rust on it. Keep the pics coming.

I made that myself, bent it as a square and then tapered it. I know that you can buy them from some of the aftermarket stores though.

i like its very nice and clean looking compared to others best looking one i've seen what thickness or gauge did you use? are you going to cap the ends?

ps... i think i might steal your idea for my truck!

Thanks, I used 3x4 188 wall thickness, I need to finish up on some welding and cap the ends yet but it looks alot better then the rust that was there before.
