The cap at the back of the slip yoke that keeps the atf from leaking out the back of the slip yoke. Mine has been repaired with jb weld once from the backside and is leaking again. Can the plug be knocked out of the yoke and then coated with jb weld before reinstalling? I would think this would be better than putting jb on the outside are the inside of the yoke. Would the cap are the yoke get damaged by removing the cap. Anyone try this? /forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

Yes knock it off and re JB weld, and I would put some RTV in to make sure there is no leaks, it's soft pliable and will not crack. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
