My slip yoke in my K5 makes alot of clunking and I have been thinking of replacing it with an SYE kit. But after checking prices on driveshafts I may put up with it a while longer. It seems the SYE kit is $330.00-350.00 and the driveline $250.00-450.00 and then a flange to adapt it for $100.00. For a grand total of $630.00-$900.00!!!
And of course the e-brake kit for 269.00 lol

O K I'm done whining LOL

Is there a cheaper way ? I could almost buy another truck for the money we're talking ....

High angle driveline makes a 1350 CV slip yoke for like $450. And I must say his work is worth every penny.
