Is there a bracket that the slave cylinder or is it part of the bellhousing casting? Does anyone have a pic (or can get one) of the slave cylinder / bellhousing / linkage hookup?

Yep, the slave cylinder bracket is part of the bellhousing casting

It bolts on with two bolts

Some outfit makes an adapter, I just can't remember who... check with Summit racing , I'm almost sure they have it!

you could always try your local shops... pepboys, autozone, napa... or a junkyard.. problem I found with a yard is they still want like $75.. then you get it resurfaced = close to new price....
