Whats the differences between a 2wheel drive SM 465 and 4wheel drive.Someone is giving away a 2wheel drive.What would I have to do to able to mount my NP 208 to it.I'm swapping in a big block and I would much rather use the 4 speed.Also does anyone sell a kit to swap in the manual tranny?

Two wheel drives have 35 spline outputs. You'll need a 32 spline output (mainshaft) for the 465 and a matching input for the 208 and the 465-208 adapter.

Best way to get all of the parts is to buy or find a donor truck and get all of the parts from there. Or shop the classifieds for someone selling all of the parts you need. No kits available that I know of.
