So I swapped my 700R4 to a SM465/208 with hydro pedals and everything. When I first got everything together I noticed a little noise when the clutch pedal was released. Fast forward a couple weeks and now when the pedal is released, there is a noticeable vibration. I got under the truck and the clutch fork moves around when the pedal is released. Any ideas?

I have left the Jimmy parked for a little while and kicked around the idea of selling it. But now that the weather is cooling off I think I want to fix it.

Yep, I installed a new clutch disk, pressure plate, pilot bushing, and throw out bearing. The clutch fork is also brand new. I wish there was an inspection plate so I could look and see whats going on in there.

Well brand new doesn't mean it didn't slip off the stud LOL sounds like you need to slide it back and have a look

There is supposed to be two small coiled springs holding the shift fork against the shift rod (one top/other bottom). If you look closely the shift fork you should see two small divits or drilled holes on the fork where the springs hook onto it. If these springs are not present, the shift fork will bounce all over the place, or become misalighned from the shift rod while disingaging the clutch.

I don't have any springs on my clutch fork! Does anybody have any pictures of these springs installed?

ya i posted both incase.

and also mostly to show there is 2 diffrent forks for hydro and mech clutch with diffrent bends.

there is the main body of the fork that hold the throw out bearing. then on the back side of it is a u shaped spring steel unit rivited to the main body of the fork.

you need to get the t-bearing sandwiched between the 2 to hold it in place .

It sounds like the front input bearing retainer is broken. This is what the throw out bearing rides on.
