Finally got the correct flywheel for the 454 and got the SM465/NP205 installed. The way the truck pulls now is simply amazing, I pulled my friends heep about 200 miles this weekend, part of that was through the mountains and never had to downshift to make it up the hills. Only bad thing is I am now really concerned about my poor 12 bolt. Good thing I have an extra 12 bolt diff. sitting in the garage that I can destroy too while I prepare for the 14 bolt swap. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

No hydro, so far the clutch works good but I haven't been out wheeling with the new setup yet, if I have problems maybe later on when I have more money I will change to hydro. I was not planning on having to pay $150 for the flywheel and I had to change out several seals and bearings in the 465 so the swap was a little more expensive than I thought it would be but it was well worth it.
