Is there any difference in length on the output shaft, 10 spline, between one that was setup for a Np205 vs 203???

Sm465 output shaft?

No difference in the output spline length as long as your talking about both being 10 spline. The mid 80's went to a 32 spline long output shaft though.

Nope, there were only 3 outputs made for the SM465, IIRC. The short 10 spline (early NP205's, NP203's), 35 spline (2wd) and LONG 32 spline (newer NP205's, 208's, and 241's).
