Sm465 to NP205 Adapter

I've cracked or Broken several adapters, Is there a Easy Fix, All the Bolts are tight, Do I need to add external Braces, This Transmission and Transferecase are in a Toyota FJ40 frame, Dana 60 front axel and a Dana 70 rear axel any Idea's,

Make sure your motor mounts are stiff compared to the transfer case mounts, that will help. You don't want the motor free to roam under torque and the T-case held solid. That'll snap adapters.
We should have some news on a new HD adapter this spring.

Np205 to 465 Adapter

Thank You, I'll try that, check my Motor Mounts and tighten them if needed, I'm in the process of trying to build heavy duty adaptor, 1" thick flanges and sch 80 tubing with the approiate step downs for the Transmission and transfere case,

I just seen a new heavy duty adapter on ebay 300 plus the ride 1 and 3/4 plate 3 inch dom iirc.

Advance Adapters is coming out with an Aluminum adapter that should be stronger but I dont think its quite ready. Here's a link to some of the other adapters they have.
