sm465 with a driver side drop?

is there a case that will bolt up to a 10 spline sm465 to give a driver drop?

I just got a wild idea and need the dream either crushed or affordable.

Maybe you could take a Ford 205, swap the input, and drill and tap the case for the figure 8 adapter. Now where's that old redneck icon with the missing teeth...

How does the length of the 465/208 adapter compare with the 465/205 adapter? Same?

I don't recall there being enough casting on the Ford 205 for the fig 8 pattern.
