Smaller Engine Pulleys

Does anyone have any information on the smaller engine pulleys that LMC and other manufacturers have for smaller pulleys? Does this system really increase horsepower? Does anyone have the specs on the sizes of the wheels?

Don't waste your time.

Typically (March for one) the purpose is to slow down the accessories, which sucks for power steering, alternator, and your water pump.

It really isn't going to save you much power, but is good when chasing 1/10th's in the quarter.
