Smallest ram i can run?

im going to full hydro and psc has 4.8ci steering valves on sale. i dont mind a 6 turn lock to lock but if i can get away with a smaller ram i might as well. Im only running 35's so i dont need much.

I have rams of all sizes from forklifts, wreckers, you name it. so i can find a ram for the valve instead of the other way around. But anyways, whats the smallest bore and rod diameter i could get away with?
