This is a new old stock Smith Welding Equipment the box has a postal date of 1955 and is new. I believe this to be a cutting torch and handle. The tag says it is new and was sent as a replacement. The gauges are used but look in good order. The Smith equipment is lifetime warranty. I do not know any information on the model as I am not a welder.
