What can i do to get the NO (PPM) down?

@ 15 mph Max is 1050 Ave. is 379 i measured 1229
@ 25 mph Max is 1050 Ave. is 379 i measured 1191

Please help. Every thing else is perfect.

Did you drive it around and make sure it was warm before you tested it? Also check your EGR valve.

Check the timing, make sure the egr works and get the cat nice and hot before you test.

There is no Cat on this Suburban? And still has what looks like factory exhaust on it. I am going to replace the EGR soon.

And Marc it was nice and warm before testing. Drove from San Clemente up to Lake Forest with a few stops in between.

Kalyfournea allows +/- 4* error on timing, so set it to 5* or 6* BTDC.

I ran 2 gallons of methanol in mine to lower the NOx for my test. Lowered it by close to 30% (IIRC). I know it's not a permenant fix, but it helped me pass my emissions test.
