Smog trouble

Ok my 1981 chevy blazer is having problims with dilution at idle speed on the smog. Now I have went throw the entire exhust pipes and there are no leaks. The smog tech Said it could ether be the air pump valve or the carb is to lean. I just whant to post on hear to see if anybody has had this problim. Befor I really start to tair into it.

Where do you live?
I had that problem when they were doing the idle test but if you put it on a dyno it will be fine.
I was doing the idle test because I have a full time 4wd so I disconnected the driveshaft.
If your area doesn't require the dyno you still can do it and it passes easier.
