i was 18yo drunk as a skunk, then opened it up down the highway w/ my exgf head in my lap! speedo stoped at 85 i was doing way more then that trying to keep it in one lane.

Save the tire smoke for the dragstrip...or the burnout contest at the local truck show.
If the latter is the case, install line loc, water jets in the fenderwells, and fans to blow the smoke out to put on a good show.

to answer the question...i could spin my 39.5's from a stop with a 350tbi and 5.13s w/o power braking
I'll play. I can spin my 44's on dry pavement without touching the brakes. just punch the gas and go. If I were to hold the brakes slightly they would smoke, but 44's are expensive.

if u dont like the drunk driving story then why do u guys keep bringin it up, dont acknoledge that he is even there and he prolly wont do it again, just like telling a kid no, they will just keep doing it again, ignore them and dont make an audience and it wont happen again, as for burnouts, us with big tires is way cooler than those at the drag strip, im gonna have to back out the drive way and take a pic doin a one wheel burnout, my hawgs smoke like hell
