Ive had them on several previous vehicles (old truck, rx-7, mustang) and will have them on my next project. I agree that they look better on some vehicles, seem to fit the scheme better.

Cant say that is mine but here are the vehicles I was talking about. It was fun being the center of attention, but everyone has to grow up sometime.

to each his own

I say do it!! My dodge will get some soon, and for those who say stacks are impersonating 18 wheelers havent ridden in a BOMBED diesel.:D

There is no question some 6" Miters would look great, just barely sticking above the cab....

BUT... I wouldn't do it, you don't have the motor to do it. Stacking is a Dodge Cummins thing, sure that may sound snobbish but it's the Ram Cummins boys that do it mostly.

Dodge guys do it for two reasons....

1. Have you ever heard a stacked Cummins Dodge?....nuff said.

2. It looks freakin' cool laying a trail of smoke like a 747...

It falls in that order.... and a 6.2 just won't cut it. You've got to have the motor to back up something like that so it isn't just for a fashion statement...

It's about the sound and the stuff that comes out of them, most important.:D

I think they can look pretty sweet if done right. Do the ones that curve back at the top, point them straight back.

If you get the straight up style, you need to find a way to keep rain out....

while sittin in class i talked myself out of stacks haha. if i had a cummins in the truck i definitely would, but ive got a 6.2, maybe in its next life ;)

Why would u put stacks on a stepsides? Stepsides is like the gheyest pickup there is.
