Snorkel

I did a search, But nothing came up. Is there a company that makes a snorkel kit for the k5? I dont realy need one, but want one because they just look good. I seen a suburban with one on it in a movie and it looked mean.

No one makes one for a K5/burb/crew cab, but the ones for a FJ80 are an almost perfect match for the shape of the fender that is the one you saw on that burb in the movie "Dante's Peak"

Why don't you just make one? I know you just want it for show but if you are actually using your rig in situations that require a snorkel I would bet 10 bucks that you're not worried about cosmetics. Grab the cut off wheel, some Hardware store plumbing tube, zip ties and a filter and BAM! Instant snorkel.
Just my .02 though.

mine cost me $300 to my door then $20 at home depot... I love it... wife didnt want a pvc lookin thing... so I went for it...

the fj-80 landcruizer works beautifully...

got it from www.4x4connection.com great guys...

top of snorkel isnt hooked up yet... i can pull it 3" to the cab.. gotta figure out how to bolt it to the top of the truck.....

I did break the inlet though... stick went right through it.... shattered the grate piece.. gotta call to see how much for a new one.. it actually keeps the rain out too.. the entire head is $70

My snorkel will be made out of poopoo pvc pipe from TSC when I get around to doing it. I need to make an air pot for the top of the motor though.
