After having the Blazer as a daily driver for 8 years I got a new truck today. 05 GMC crew cab dually 4x4 SLT . I am so excited. Can't believe I actually have something with AC. For the tech it has 3:73 gears which is standard on all the 3500's. I thought 4:11 was offered but they aren't. See you guys later. Maybe now I can go to some trailer further away.

I have to admit, trailer life is soooo much better. Esp. with the kids and spouse. Plus, you can beat on your junk so much harder now!!!

We are trying to put together an East Coast Ultimate Adventure in the spring. Trailers will be allowed (and encouraged). Our goal is to travel to several nice wheeling spots and stay long enough to do other stuff as well. As it is now, a trip to Tellico for us invloves 10 hours one way, a day or 2 wheeling, then 10 hours back home. It sux. We want to heat Monteagle, Windrock, that place down by you and other places. Maybe spend 2 weeks, but also making it a relaxing, enjoyable time versus a drive/wheel/drive fest.

We will keep everyone posted, and if you cant make the whole trip, maybe you can join us at a few places.
