I can pick this up for 250$ with the title. All the windows work, all electrical is fine. It's been wrecked in the front so no bumper, core support or hood.

It has no drivetrain what so ever.

I'm debating on chopping up my suburban for it. Selling my 454 and the 80e. And finding a 5.3 nv3500 instead. Bolt my doubler back behind it and run my 1 tons. Stretch the front and just shackle flip the rear with an add an inch moving axle back 1.5.

5500lbs is it's curb weight with the 5.7 60e and 241 so I figure I will be 6200lbs all said and done. Significantly less than the suburban.

For $250 w/ title I might buy it to at least flip, surely the complete tub is worth more than that. I just bought 1st & 3rd Tahoe seats (only) for my Blazer and paid more than that. I do agree though, why? Are there body problems with your Sub?

I would just buy it and part it fornthe profit.
If you would like a 5.3, why not look for one already in a newer tahoe? Find one with a bad trans, t-case or rear axle....
