Happens when I hit a bump, then it doesnt go away until I let off the gas or slow down. Gets worse the longer it goes on and sometimes will vanish on its own or with another bump.

I climbed under the check the rear Ujoints and I found this...

The rear one looks frozen and the front one has slight play in it. Guess that's the source of the trouble...?

Looks like I need U joints front and rear, and my driveshaft is rusted to shit.

sure its not death wobble in the front end ?

dana 60 king pin springs sag out and loosen up on the upper bushing and when you hit a bump boom its there till you slow down or have the HP to power threw it .

your symptoms sound like this .

frozen u-joints tend to vib all the time or squeake on start off or backing up.

I don't know. I redid the kingpins when I got the truck. That death wobble was a wobble, these are fine vibrations. Almost like something is rubbing.

I think its that frozen joint and the loose front one on the rear shaft. The rear joint is close to neutral and I think if i hit a bump and it begins to wobble the rear (spinning around the frozen joint) and I feel it up toward the loose u joint behind the tcase.

Now I'm worried I'll damage the case.

Can you salvage a rusted dshaft or should I be looking for a whole near shaft?

Its crazy. The front shaft and suspension is not nearly as bad as the rear!
