and I'm thinking that 4.56's would be nice /forums/images/graemlins/doah.gif


Currently have 4.10's.....

I'm lucky to see that rpm's at all. I shift at 2500 , cruise rpm at 65 is 1900 rpm, at 45 its a low 1500 rpm. I wish I had the 4.10's /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Mine runs out at 2750 with 38's & 4:56 at 70mph.

I would think, or in my opinion i guess, well to me, anyways, that seems alittle high for me at 65, i like to cruise and don't like high rpm's
Hell as it is, it sounds like my motor is winding up pretty high on the freeway running around 70ish. I have 4.10's and about 31" tall tires. /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

With my Th350, 4.56's and 38's i'm at 2800 @ 65mph.
With my 35" street tires, i'm at 3,000 @ 65mph, 3200 @ 70mph. ...And daily driving it.

With my TH350, 4:10's, and 35" tires I spin 3K RPMs at 65mph. All of those fancy charts say that I should be spinning around 2350 RPMs. /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Yeah I switched to a TH350 but it isn't as bad as I thought is was gonna be. With 37's and 4.11 I'm at 2600 @65MPH. Just about right. /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif

38.5s, a transmission with ZERO slip, and 4.10 gears. That equates to 2400 @ 65, damn near perfect if you ask me.

I'd definitely deal with more and not complain though. 5.13s would rock!
