and discovered the original color. ..I'm sure it was like this originally...or solid blue. If I ever repaint it, I'll go with this color scheme. Very Jaws 2-ish...

That is a nice blue. Would you happen to know the color code?
Not yet. Its a 79, haven't been able to find the broadcast code sheet for it yet.
Any ideas? Not on the inner fenders, or glovebox door.
I had model k5s as a kid, I painted them dark metallic blue with white panels. I did some purty work back then. Had a fleet of 18 wheelers, including a car hauler hauling model cars I made. Wish I had some pics...
