Yeah, what about this bumper?

I don't have the tools to fab and that is almost exactly what I want. /forums/images/graemlins/bow.gif

Yeah, whats up with telling the magazine goons before us?

Yes they do make the bumper. Still a few weeks out on actual production, I think? Steve is out of town for the next few days and should be able to tell you more but you have seen the pictures and it is a copy of the bumper that was on Wally for years and took lots of abuse. Best to wait until he is back to anwser all of the questions.

You should go to the BlazerBash in Moab more often.....we all got to see it there "in person" even before the magazine guys. Oh and BTW -> Stephen then proceeded to give it away FOR FREE at the raffle!!!

Wally's old bumper is now on the burb project. There are some nice pics in the rigs page offroaddesign.com

Yup, going from custom one-off's to a production version. Pricing is yet to be set, we should have a better idea in about another week. It's basically the same as my old bumper but it's refined a little bit and the winch isn't a quick detach on the new version.

This one is basically what it will look like:

How many other cool parts can you spot in this pic?

Just a pretty good list:
Bumper
Warn 9.5Ti winch
2 Hella Rally 4000 HID's
HID headlights
Drop Center fiberglass hood
D60F with detroit electrac, 35 spl stubs, ORD highsteer, etc
37" BFG crawlers on double beadlock wheels
and last but not least (and not visible):
supercharged 6.0L (in development)
Manual VB TH700
short shafted 241
Detroited 14FF with discs and 5.13's and shaved, of course
flip kit, greasable bushings, HD shackles, etc all around.

This is one of my favorite K5's for sure.

I want one, those look sweet. I will be stalking your webpage waiting to see it available /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Where in the EF'n L did this come from? I like it /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Give me a call, we can set you up. It's not a standard stocking part or anything like that but we work with the guys that build them. And I'm going to be wanting one at some point too.

Juan, I think you need to drop the whole darn hood, since the center is about all you have left. Wally's hood has a pretty good slope to it and all we did was mount the rad. right above the frame and run the hood down on top of it. We dropped it several inches by ditching the stock rad. support and starting over.
