Install Rear D Shaft (Need either new yoke or to drill a bolt out , that broke for the PO)

--- Hook up Exhaust (Check)

--- Splice in new starter Wire (Check)

--- Install Starter

--- Reinstall Steering Shaft ( Going to JY Tuesday for new one )

--- Install Plugs/Wires & Dizzy

--- Adjust Push-Rods

--- Make Trans Cooler Line

--- Connect all Wiring

--- Install Dust Sheild

--- Fill All Fluids

Hope to get her running this weekend. :D

Pull transfer case 203, get motor and trans ready to come out, loosen all bolts for a 3/4 ton swap. First time for all hope im not in over my head. I know the 203 is gonna be heavy but not sure of how much fluid is gonna come out between the trans and case. we will see only way to learn is to try then come and run to ck5 for help.

im trying to put my engine back together before i drop it in the frame rails any help would be appreciated on my thread.

I might go out and cut my front fenders to be like DavidB's. I like the look of the J-cut on the front.

I will loose my lower head light but I dont really use hi-beams anyhow:D .

Hmm my To Do list.

1) Put gasket/seal in my Warn Hub some how I dont have one, so Warn was nice enuff to send me a replacement.

2) Replace the bolt that I had to bust up to get my warn hub off. Hope Lowes/Home deblow has one, otherwise, its another call to Warn.

3) check fluids and tire pressure in Blazer.

4) Work on my newly acquired project. 1983 Honda Shadow VT 500, picked it up for about 400bux, got about 300 in it including title/registration and getting seat recovered. Ive got a coolant overflow leaking out issue. Was told that the system is small and really needs "burped" good to get air out, ive got rad. cap on order from Honda to see if its faulty cap...........

so anyways........here is snap shot of my new beast.

And my plans are to bolt up the drivers rear spring hanger and take off the pass. side and bolt that up to (52" spring swap), then cut, drill, grind some shackles out of 3/8", bolt up my springs, drill tap ream whatever else the knuckle at my bodys shop (hopefully, if not ill send it in to wfo), bolt up my x over steering, bolt on my shocks/shock mounts, throw the tires back on and go wheelin' :D

well planned on welding in the new floors, but unfortunately the wife's uncle was being cleaning up his yard & I didn't want to impose. Sucks. Oh well, hopefully during the coming week we'll finish up & off she'll go to my buddy's shop for the 10 pt cage. woohoo.

Change out rear spring, move rear spring hangers, valve seals, x bracing in cage, look at making shock towers............ anything else I come accross before my Dusey trip next weekend, oh ya I have a 16 day weekend this week :D
