actually i've been going to moorpark but i'm transfering in th fall to csun. But yeah small world. thats funny.
and Esteban86K5 i don't see anything wrong with running it again when you can go so whenever you are able to make it out i'll be ready.

Lived in Granada Hills til 84, lived in Moorpark until 98, got my Assoc. at Moorpark JC and went to CSUN also..... /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif
It is a small world.

June is pretty busy here, July might be better for me.
Use to do a bunch of wheeling in Big Bear also. Havent been there in several years.
 
Hey Guys, if anybody's interested I'll be doing the Deep Creek trail in Big Bear on June 5th and 6th (that's next weekend). Group leaves Los Angeles @ 6:30 AM on Saturday and returns Sunday afternoon w/a camp out Saturday night @ Crab Flats. This trail is a little harder then Miller but not too difficult. Wish I could. I've been to that area many times but never done any wheeling up there. But I can't make it that weekend.
 
Wow it's been a few years since I ran that trail. Too bad they made a bridge over the river. That little rock garden on the other side was fun with wet tires. Wish I could make it but like I mentioned, the truck is not ready and I have no time to prep now. NEXT TIME!! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
 
I'm down for a trip this summer...I am doing a 14 bolt swap and sliders in June, but anytime after I am done, count me in!!!! /forums/images/graemlins/truck.gif
 
I am familiar with that area and would love to go wheelin with you guys. If I get my dana 60 this week then I would be able to go. I went hunting in this area last year and I walked down the trail there are some places where the Earth is missing. There are some pretty deep holes on this trail. I was wondering if it was possible for a K5 to fit. Has anyone been on the trail lately?

going to deep creak would be fun but I'm going to Azusa canyon that sunday. Maybe next time. Estaban in august sounds good too.
 
Azusa, Now you're making me jealous. I've never been and have been waiting for a group to go out there. But I can't make that weekend that work thing is always getting in the way /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif

hopefully! I always take my camera and come back with like 2 or 3 pics /forums/images/graemlins/doah.gif but this time I going to take alot more and I'll make sure to post them. Azusa is a pretty fun place to get muddy hang out all day. also the most fun part is to watch people get stuck left and right in super thick mud.
 
You guys really should go onto the Big Dawgs site and post when you go to these places. I'm sure there would be others that would love to go with you. Not all those guys come to CK5 often. Just a thought. /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif
