OK i finally saved up the $600 for a new softtop and STC is gone! Bestop sells a snap top, but it also lists for $200 more than the fastrac top that STC sold. Somebody please post a a message saying it's all going to be alright. What's the word on a new manufacturer selling the top?

hang tight, last I heard STC was bought out and in process of moving and getting going agian. Scroll through some of the posts here and you will find some more details
I gave them $650 or so but got a refund before they sold out then got one on ebay for $400

I'm pretty sure they are gone for good. If you have one of their tops, treat it right, it might be the last of it's breed.
my plan is if it gets too torn up a custom appolstry place could probably build one pretty easy with a template of an old one vs having to design from scratch

That's my new plan too. Luckly, mine is only 2 years old, but I've got a couple spots where the seams are starting to split.
yeah I got mine used off ebay and installed it a few months ago but they guy I bought it fromt was building a truck for someone or whatever and put it on and the guy didn't want it so he sold it. Was never out of the shop I guess.
