hey i have an 86 k5 and i wanted to get a soft top for it now what is the best priced and best quality top you guys would recommend? also do i need a roll cage or does it come with all the stuff?

A roll cage most definatly does not come with a soft top. You do get all the hardware to support the top, of course, but it is not crash protective.
A roll cage is not mandatory, but always a good saftey upgrade, even with the hardtop, as it provides little protection in the event of a rollover.
