Does anyone know of any places that make a white blazer soft that requires NO drilling into the body?

Everything I have seen is going to require some amount of drilling into the body. Mainly at the tailgate and the cab header. If there is one it may be a lot more expensive than the current solutions I have seen.

Dunno if you can get them white, tan is possible. All softops are gonna require some drilling. It's not too bad, I've had mine for almost a year now and have been very happy with it. No rust around the drilling, used silicone. When I had the hardtop on briefly you couldn't notice the holes as they were all covered by the hardtop.
