i wanna buy a set of springs at a resonable price...i dont wanna do crossover at this time so i was thinking of getting a set of bds 4 inch springs...dont want to buy alcans dont have the $$$ for them....i just want a direct bolt in without having to go to crossover....any recomendations...(oh im gonna go to crossover when i build a 60 but that will be next winter to much to do this winter right now)...

I like Tough Country EZ-ride springs. Tough or Tuff, however they spell it. I know ORD sells them. $225 for a front set IIRC.

how long have you had them...how much lift have you lost???i wanna acheeive about 5 inches of lift so i was gonna go 4 inch leaves+zero rate...but should i just go 6 inch ez ride will i stilll get the same flex with a 6 inch???

ez ride 6" springs are some of the softest springs out there, thats what id run

I just ordered some 6 inch springs from ORD. They should be here this week. I ordered 4 center pins, front springs and new front ubolts and spring eye bolts. My total was 318 shipped to texas. They have good prices and their customer service was top notch. Steven was able to answer all of my questions.

BDS. I love mine.

Oh yeah... Search. It's been covered since 2002.
thats what i run on my burb...it was just the first set of springs i ever bought so just exploring to see whats out there...

I didn't have my TC's very long. A little over a year. I went to 56" rear springs for reasons that didn't have anything to do with the TC's. In the time I had them, I didn't notice any sag develop.

I've been impressed with the flex I've seen in other trucks equipped with TC's also.

bds or tuff country. I bent one of my bds springs but it wasn't the springs fault.:doah:

I use 4" front EZ rides with a zero and flip on the rear with milled/angled zero. It's a really stock like ride and flexes well. Go with a good but soft shock as well. Just bolting Rancho 5000s will stiffen it right up.

i had bds, loved them. they are too expensive now for me to afford them so im going with TC's this time around

going 8"bds frts and 4" bds rears soon with 4" flip kit also. all going in crewcab with min 38" tires. and 5.13 gears with detroits. and lots more. :D
