GM Turbo 400 Trans, 2200(ish) stall converter, built up by Mission Transmission in Pablo, MT by the previous owner. Trans has a shift kit and shifts very firm. Somehow, motor oil got sucked into the vacuum modulator, so it needs a new one of those so it will shift 2/3 properly.

When I drained the transmission before I pulled it, the fluid was bright red and had no hint of burnt smell.

I'm selling the tranny, converter, dip stick tube, and the B&M Ratchet shifter. The shifter works great (except for the PND21 dial indicator), and has a brand new cable.

I'm asking $350.00 for whole setup, but am open to offers or trade for a 203/205 doubler adapter & intermediate shaft. I'm located in Billings but can deliver to Helena or along the way on Feb. 8th or 10th

It DID have a 205 hanging off the back, but I kinda need it for my doubler, and the 400-205 adapter was traded for a 465-203 adapter

Which 205 does it fit? Up to '84 or the '85-'91?

There's no adapater on it, so it will mate up to whichever transfer case you have, provided it has the right adapter and a 32 spline input.

The transfer case that it was previously bolted to was a figure-8 205

You just confused yourself and answered my question right there.

Probably the previous owner tried to tee the vacuum modulator line in with the PCV line.
