Like new condition. Aluminum. Pretty sure the previous owner just recently installed them on the truck before selling to me. Clean, and they include all necessary hardware for installation (4 bolts, 4 screws.) Just drill your four needed holes, install hardware and you're good to go.
They were installed on a '90 fullsize Blazer. Will certainly fit 73-91 square-body Chevy/GMC trucks and Suburbans, and 76-91 Chevy Blazer/GMC Jimmy. I imagine it will fit many vehicles with a pinch weld below the door, and a few inches of space above the bottom of the rocker. Sell for $49 on Summit.
