yes it would, my original intention was to use it to haul a crawler while pulling a travel trailer. it just isn't going anywhere very fast. it was produced when 55 was the speed limit, it is circled on the speedometer and that is probably the optimum speed. honestly I have not ever used it for anything. my life has kinda been upside down the last couple of years and when I was robbed they tried to take it but couldn't get it started. probably didn't even realize there were no batteries in it. I had a buddy that wanted it and we spent a day getting it going.
