He's from up here in the rust belt and just retired his K5 due to that. He's probably never seen the clean ones you guys have out there in person.

So in other words he says he hates you but wouldn't if you gave him the K5...or gave it to me.

Bump for a nice looking K5.

I can see why you wouldn't want to tear that one up. I'll trade you mine straight across, that way you won't be trashing such a pretty truck.:D It's a '90 K5 with 200k on the odo, currently doesn't run, back window track screwed up, and the rat sh!t in the back comes free with the blazer.:haha:

Hhhmmm, that is tempting if it had a d60 front, doubler and ran decent. :P

Sorry if the description makes me sound like an ass but I was just trying to be honest. It is a clean truck and I thought someone might like it and then I was going to start a new build with something rougher.

Thanks for looking everyone!

Sorry, no D60 or doubler, but I got it running today, and it runs great.:D I didn't think you sounded like an ass, but I was trying to. You do have a really purty Blazer, though.

Glad you got her running, so did the rat poop act like 'Stabil' in your gas tank? haha :) :)
No, but the little bastards ate the sender and pump wires right down to the block on top of the sending unit.:doah: Had to buy a new sender and pump to get it running. Found a few other wires they chewed on too. I didn't mean to hijack your thread. I was just making a joke, and a conversation broke out.:D No bites on the pretty Blazer?

Haha, yea all Socko threads seem to end up in conversation. Which is cool by me, rather than some other sites that end in people bashing each other and the topic not evern being addressed.

No, not even nibbles! :) I know it might be a little high, but not even low ballers. I might have a lead on trading for a M1008 plus cash, but I think the deal might be too rich for the other person.

I hope it will work out, I am keeping my fingers crossed.

That would be a sweet trade. 4" lift w. some 64" springs w. the spring hangers relocated would make a sweet budget wheeler. I keep meaning to do that but keep getting sidetracked with other fun stuff. I would trade you one of my M1008s if you were closer.
