I have a complete, as in I just drove the truck Saturday, hydro 465/208 setup from my 87 GMC shortbed. It is still in the truck and when I pull it you will get everything needed to swap it over. Includes pedals, master cylinder, reservoir , fluid line, slave cylinder, hydro bellhousing, fork, flywheel, clutch, throwout bearing, 32 spline 465, adapter, 32 spline 208, both shifters w/ boots+covers, crossmember, t/case skidplate (not OEM), both driveshafts, and all the bolts. The 465 was rebuilt less than 250 miles ago. I will include a conversion u joint if you need to match to a 12b rear. Everything is in great shape except the rubber line from the reservior to the master could use replaced and the front driveshaft slipyoke is worn. I'd like to set as a complete kit for $750 unless I find buyers for everything. I'm willing to make a roadtrip within 250 miles of KC for free if someone buys the complete kit.
