Thats just a raised steering arm, not hi-steer arm. Hi-steer refers to installing the tie-rod higher than the stock position. This arm you have is retaining the stock drag link.
 
do you still have the raised steering arm? what size lift is it for? does it come with hardware? (nuts & tapered inserts?)
