hay i got the two input 203 and the one th400 out put to day from fedex. where the two input gears all eat up when u shipped them to and did i get the worst of the two th400 puts cause the one i got is heat distorted and chewed up all to hell. the flang points not even strait any more. its 0.005 of an inch warped?

good luck w/that indy..maybe fedex is better..i had a shipper bust up a perfect gm dash pad i bought from another member & we both tried to hold them responsible..it had fragile stickers all over it & was insured...we found out ups has never paid for breaking anything..their rules are written so they can nit-pick the shippers packing & say it was not enuff. they said the dash should have been inside of a double thick box w/2ft of clearance all around..can you imagine how big of a box that would be..and the seller carried it in untaped & even asked the clerk if it was ok..they told him yes and then taped it up for him

the engagment gears r mainly what was crewed up the wurst (where the shifting ring lock the low and high gears to the out put shaft.), and the 400 out put shaft where the parking arm locks on to the out put shaft is whats eaten up the wurst on the out put shaft.

hay just wanted to let u know that fedex stopped in and looked at the parts the box every thing to day and they said they would cover the cost of replacing the gears and out put shaft. they're ordering them threw offroad design. so its all good and that sorry for causing such a big stink.
