New 01 Dodge truck had these on both the tranny and t-case shifters like these: Amazon.com: B&M 80742 Metric Sized Hammer Head T-Handle Knob: Automotive.
Both have the adapter to fit Dodge 10x1.5mm shifters. Likely fit others and thread adapters can be had too. I am not sure what the base thread pattern is yet. Asking $35 shipped for the shiny clean one that came off my t-case and $30 shipped for the one that's rubbed off some that came off the tranny. Buy both for $55 shipped.
