The reverse is locked out with a bolt and gates ground. Could easily grind out notch so it it direct reverse slam without trigger. Included old cable and new one in package. Am missing the transmission lever but is only $10 here: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/bmm-20462

Sorry sold it on pirate already. Honestly you can buy these used on eBay pretty cheap and the mod takes less than a half hour
